Can I cancel my membership?
Your membership can be cancelled at any time, and you will continue to receive access to the benefits until the end of your membership term.
How many clubs are in the system?
Our directory includes all 1804 clubs in Australia. We are currently building connections with international clubs - stay tuned!
How does the Companion Card work?
The Companion Card is a useful add-on which is effectively a second membership for partners and travel buddies of the registered bowler. Available only in conjunction with a registered player membership, the Companion Card gives a bowler's nominated plus-one access to the member benefits available through our partner network, all for a reduced annual fee.
Can I buy a Companion Card by itself?
No. The Companion Card is only available as an add-on to a valid Registered Player Membership.
When can I purchase the Companion Card?
You can add one Companion Card during checkout after selecting the Registered Player Membership.
How many Companion Cards can I purchase?
Each Registered Player Membership can have one Companion Card attached.
